How God Tests You and Then Blesses You

“If you cannot be trusted with this wicked wealth, who will trust you with true wealth? And if you cannot be trusted with what belongs to someone else, who will give you something that will be your own? You cannot be the slave of two masters. You will like one more than the other or be more loyal to one than to the other. You cannot serve God and money.” Luke 16:11-13 (CEV)

“이 악한 재물도 네게 맡길 수 없다면 누가 참된 재물을 네게 맡길 수 있겠느냐? 그리고 다른 사람의 것을 믿을 수 없다면, 누가 당신의 것을 당신에게 주겠느냐? 너희는 두 주인의 종이 될 수 없다. 당신은 다른 것보다 하나를 더 좋아하거나 다른 것보다 하나에 더 충실할 것이다. 하나님과 재물을 겸하여 섬길 수 없다.” 누가복음 16:11-13 (CEV)

 

Faithful people are generous, even when they don’t have anything to give.

 믿음의 사람들은 관대합니다. 심지어 그들이 줄 수있는 것이 없어도 그렇습니다.

 

Anybody can be generous when they have a surplus.

누구든지 여유가 있으면 관대할 수 있습니다.

 

 You can be generous with your time when you’ve got a lot of extra time.

여분의 시간이 많을 때 당신은 시간의 여유롭게 나누는 자(관대한)될 수 있겠지요.

 

You can be generous with your money when you’ve got a lot of extra money.

여분의 돈을 가지게 되면 당신의 돈으로 관대한 사람이 될 수도 있고요.

 

You can be generous with your energy when you’ve got extra energy to spend.

남는 에너지가 있으면 당신의 에너지로 제너러스한 사람이 될 수도 있습니다.

 

 It’s when you don’t have enough time for yourself, you don’t have enough energy for yourself, you don’t have enough money for yourself, you don’t have enough talent for yourself that God says, “This is a test.

자신을 위한 시간이 부족할 때, 에너지가 부족할 때, 돈이 부족할 때, 재능이 부족할 때 하나님께서는 “이것은 테스트야”라고 말씀하시죠.

 

I’m watching you to see if you are generous. Will you be faithful, and will you trust me?”

나는 너가 관대한 자인지 지켜보고 있어. 너는 믿음의 사람이 될꺼니? 나를 신뢰할꺼니?

 

Here are five principles in which God will test you and then bless you:

여기에 하나님께서 당신을 시험하고 축복하시는 다섯 가지 원칙이 있어요.

 

1.   God gives to generous people.

하나님은 관대한 사람들에게 주십니다.

God wants you to be generous because he wants you to be like himand obeying him will bring his blessing.

하나님은 당신이 제너러스 한 사람이 되길 원하십니다. 그분은 당신이 그와같이 되길 원하거든요. 그래서 그에게 순종하는 것은 그의 복을 받는 겁니다.

 

2.  Obeying God’s vision will bring God’s provision.

하나님의 비젼에 순종하면 하나님은 (필요로 하는 것을) 공급합니다.

If you do what God tells you to do, then God will bring along the resources you need at the right time. What he’s given you the vision for he will give you the provision for.

당신이 하나님이 당신에게 하라고 말씀한것을 행한다면, 하나님은 당신이 필요로 하는 자원들을 적시에  가져다 줄것입니다. 그분이 당신에게 주신 비젼을 위해 그분은 필요한 공급을 제공할 것입니다.

 

3.   When you do all that God tells you to do, he does what you can’t do.

당신이 하나님이 하라고 말씀한 일을 다 할 때, 그는 당신이 할 수 없는 일을 하십니다.

God often asks you to do the impossible to stretch your faith. When you give what little you have, God multiples it and makes up for it.

하나님은 종종 당신의 믿음을 확장하기 위해 불가능한 일을 하라고 요구하세요. 당신이 가진 작은 것을 줄 때, 하나님은 그것을 배가시키고 보충해 주시죠.

 

4.   When you have a need, you sow a seed.

도움이 필요할 때,  씨앗을 뿌리세요.

Whatever you need in your life, sow that as a seed, and it will come back to you.

인생에서 필요한 것이 무엇이든 씨앗을 뿌리면 다시 돌아올 겁니다.

 

5.   There’s always a delay between sowing and reaping.

파종을 하고 수확을 하기위한 그 사이의 지연의 기간이 있어요.

There is a season between planting and harvesting. What’s going on in the delay? It’s a test of your faith.

씨를 뿌리고 수확을 하기위한 그 사이엔 계절이 존재해요. 지체되는 동안 무슨 일이 진행되는 걸까요? 여러분의 믿음이 테스트되는 겁니다.

 

Will you be faithful to give when you have little?

가진 것이 적어도 믿음으로 베풀건가요?

Will you keep on doing the right thing?

옳은 일을 계속 할 건가요?

 Will you do what God wants you to do, no matter the cost?

하나님이 하기를 원하는 것을 할 건가요? 어떤 댓가를 치뤄서라도요?

When you are faithful in this, you will be amazed at how God will provide for you and work in you

믿음을 가질 때, 하나님이 당신에게 어떻게 베푸시는 지, 당신 안에서어떻게 일하시는 지 놀라게 될겁니다.
